Amour - Schrenki-Dauricus Caviar from the Amour River

This caviar pays homage to a stretch of water called Love River in China. Both the Schrenki and the Huso Dauricus species which are crossed to produce the Shcrenki-Dauricus originate from this river. This species is farmed in lake pools on the banks of this river.

With golden nuances varying from gold through to amber Amour is an ode to sensuality that delivers a firm large grain caressing the mouth with a sophisticated and enchanting flavor combining walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds. Its velvety texture invades the palate with pleasure.
