Caviar should be kept in the Caviarly’s box and refrigerated in the coldest part of the refrigerator at a temperature between -2°C and 4°C. This may require adjusting your refrigerator settings and you should check the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Note: do not freeze caviar as it can freeze too quickly which can deteriorate the quality of the grain and the taste.
Only keep your caviar between 2-3 months. Cavairly’s indicates a use by date on the bottom of every box. Caviarly’s caviar should be consumed within 2- 3 days of opening and kept covered, free from humidity and at the correct temperature.
