Caviarly’s insists on maintaining the cold temperature chain and protecting the environment. This is why for each of your orders made online, Caviarly’s provides a specially adapted postal envelope which is isothermal, ecological with patented technology, and ‘Made in France’.
Made from recyclable material, this eco-friendly envelope ensures your order is maintained at the optimum chilled temperature for up to 48 hours .The packaging also protects your goods from external shocks with 2 layers of 40mm natural anti-shock fiber. Cold gel packs are added to further guarantee the correct temperature during shipment.
Briefly, the delivery envelope:

Express Delivery
- Chrono Express is the Chronopost delivery service that handles the shipment of your goods in total security
- your order arrives at the address you specify as the delivery address on your order form
- you can specify a billing address that is different to your delivery address
- you receive delivery the following day, from the expedition day
- in mainland France (Metropolitain), express delivery charges are 15euros for orders under 100 Euros
- in mainland France (Metropolitain), for orders in excess of 100 euros delivery charges are ZERO
- in European Union, express delivery charges are 30 euros
- if you are absent at the time of delivery, your package will be left at the post office that is closest to the delivery address you specified.
Shipping costs details
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal charges. Caviarly’s advises you to group your purchases into a single purchase order where possible. It is not possible to group two separate purchase orders. Each purchase order will have separate shipping charges.
